Step 1 Instructions
- Please enter your Personal Public Service (PPS) number, name, gender and date of birth for registration.
- If your spouse or partner (where applicable) is also over 70 years of age and attends the same GP as you, click on the "Add spouse or partner if 70 years of age or older" button to add the details of your spouse/partner.
- Please note that if your spouse or partner attends a different GP, they should not be included in this online registration and will need to complete a separate registration.
- 'Ordinarily resident' means that you are living in Ireland or intend to live here for at least 1 year.
- When complete, click 'Next'.
